Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using QuickMenu. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using QuickMenu ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "Restaurant Owner," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using QuickMenu on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QuickMenu, a company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

2. Description of Service

QuickMenu is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables restaurant and cafe owners to:

  • Create and manage digital QR menus accessible by customers via phone camera or browser — no app download required.
  • Receive customer orders via WhatsApp, routed to the correct branch number.
  • Manage multiple branches, staff notifications, table management, coupons, and analytics from a unified owner dashboard.
  • Deploy kiosk/self-ordering mode on tablets for dine-in locations.

QuickMenu is a tool platform. We are not a party to any transaction between restaurant owners and their customers. We do not process payments between customers and restaurants, nor manage food delivery or preparation.

3. Account Registration & Security

Registration

To use QuickMenu, you must create an account with a valid email address and password, or sign in via Google OAuth. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at getquickmenu@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • One account per restaurant or business entity is permitted unless otherwise agreed.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials.

4. Free & Pro Plans

QuickMenu offers two plans. Features and limits are summarized below:

Plan access is determined by your current subscription status. Free plan accounts display a "Powered by QuickMenu" banner visible to end customers. Upgrading to Pro removes this banner entirely.

5. Payment & Billing

Pro Plan Pricing

The Professional plan is billed at $29 USD per month (or as otherwise agreed in writing). Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Payment Methods

Plan upgrades are currently processed manually by our team. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to upgrade. We support bank transfer and select digital payment methods for the MENA region.

Refund Policy

  • A full refund is available within 7 days of your first Pro subscription payment if you are unsatisfied.
  • After 7 days, payments for completed billing periods are non-refundable.
  • If you experience a significant service failure caused by QuickMenu, you may request a pro-rated credit within 14 days.
  • Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case. Contact getquickmenu@gmail.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use QuickMenu to:

  • Upload or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, our servers, or other users' data.
  • Use the platform for any purpose other than managing a legitimate food or beverage business.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without written consent.
  • Use the platform to send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited commercial communications.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the QuickMenu software.
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
Violations of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund and, where applicable, legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

QuickMenu's Property

QuickMenu, its logo, software, design, and all related trademarks are the property of QuickMenu. You may not use our branding or trademarks without prior written permission.

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to your menu content, images, and business data that you upload to QuickMenu. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to upload your content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

8. Service Availability

We target 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We rely on Google Firebase infrastructure and are subject to their maintenance schedules.

  • Planned maintenance windows will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance via email or in-app notice.
  • We are not liable for service interruptions caused by Firebase/Google infrastructure, network outages, or force majeure events.
  • In the event of extended downtime directly caused by QuickMenu, Pro subscribers may request a pro-rated credit.
Service status updates are communicated via our official WhatsApp support channel and email notifications to account holders.

9. Termination

By You

You may close your QuickMenu account at any time by contacting us at getquickmenu@gmail.com. Upon closure, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service.
  • We are required to do so by law or court order.
  • Your account is used for fraudulent or harmful activities.
  • Your Pro subscription payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days of notice.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice before termination except where immediate action is required for security or legal reasons.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • QuickMenu is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
  • QuickMenu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, lost profits, or loss of data.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to QuickMenu in the 3 months preceding the claim.
QuickMenu is a technology platform. We are not responsible for the quality of food, service provided by restaurants to their customers, or any disputes between restaurants and their customers.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), specifically the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE. Both parties agree to submit to personal jurisdiction in Dubai for the purpose of litigating such disputes.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
