We stand behind our product. If QuickMenu doesn't work for you in the first 7 days, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Overview

QuickMenu offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new paid plan subscriptions (Growth and Pro). If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee.

🛡️ Our promise: If QuickMenu isn't right for your restaurant in the first 7 days, contact us and we will refund your payment in full — no questions, no hassle.

After the 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Your paid access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Who is Eligible for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial payment date.
  • This is your first purchase of that plan (one refund per customer, per plan type).
  • You contact us via email or WhatsApp before the 7-day window expires.
  • Your account was not suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.
The 7-day window starts from the date of payment, not the date you started using the paid features.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The request is made more than 7 days after the original payment date.
  • You have already received a refund for the same plan type previously.
  • The account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • The subscription was purchased as part of a special promotion or custom arrangement that explicitly excluded refunds.
  • Refund requests for renewal charges on an existing subscription (only new initial purchases qualify).
  • The Free (Starter) plan — it costs nothing, so no refunds apply.
⚠️ Partial refunds are not offered. Refunds are all-or-nothing for the most recent qualifying payment.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us using one of the methods below. The process is simple and fast:

  2. Include your registered email address and the date of payment in your message.
  3. Briefly mention the reason (optional — we use this to improve our product, but it is not required).
  4. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and process the refund within 3–5 business days.
WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us. Most refund requests are confirmed within a few hours during business hours.

5. Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, the processing timeline is as follows:

  • Confirmation: We will confirm your refund request within 1 business day.
  • Processing: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days from approval.
  • Credit: Depending on your payment method and bank, the refunded amount may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear in your account.

Since QuickMenu currently processes payments manually via WhatsApp confirmation, the refund will be issued via the same payment channel used for your subscription (bank transfer, mobile payment, etc.).

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. There are no cancellation fees.

What happens when you cancel

  • Your paid features (kiosk, printer, coupons, branding removal, etc.) remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • After the billing cycle ends, your account is automatically downgraded to the Starter (Free) plan.
  • Your menu data, branches, and order history are fully preserved — nothing is deleted.
  • The "Powered by QuickMenu" banner will reappear on your customer menu after downgrade.
Cancellation does not delete your account or data. You can resubscribe at any time and your setup will be intact.

7. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrading

When you upgrade from Growth to Pro mid-cycle, you will be charged the Pro rate for the next billing cycle. The 7-day refund guarantee applies to your first Pro payment.

Downgrading

When you downgrade from Pro to Growth (or to Free), the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a higher-tier plan.

Switching from Monthly to Yearly

If you switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan, the new annual price applies from your next billing date. Any remaining days on the monthly plan are not refunded.
